Typically, plans will cover a similar percentage to in-network providers (80%) up to your plan's maximum benefit. Before any treatment begins, we will provide a clear estimate of your out-of-pocket costs so there are no surprises. Any remaining balance after the insurance payment is your responsibility. For your convenience, we also offer flexible payment plans to help make your dental care as affordable as possible. Payment is due at the time of your treatment.
